Who we are
In Jan 2024, Amie launched Coffee Trunk, a cosy coffee van in Bromsgrove, serving speciality coffee and locally baked cakes from a charming Piaggio Ape.
Dreaming of mobility, she announced the launch of Coffee Trunk 2.0, a plain white van transformed into a vibrant masterpiece by April 2025. Adorned with colourful Indian elephants, the van reflects Amie’s passion for coffee and her heritage.
Equipped with two coffee machines, three grinders , solar panels & plenty of charm, Coffee Trunk is more than just coffee on wheels, it’s a celebration of flavour, culture and community, brewing joy wherever it goes.
Meet the Owner
love coffee. Why? Because it was coffee that helped me get back into the world after dealing with seriously sad sh*t in 2022. Coffee has enabled me to connect with the outdoors, meet and interact with a whole range of amazing people and provide them some support like I needed when times were tough.
I always enjoyed people facing roles, one of my first jobs working as a cookery demonstrator for the Bosch home-appliances roadshow. Prior to starting Coffee Trunk, I worked as a freelance sustainability consultant, aiding businesses in implementing eco-friendly practices. I always knew I’d end up running a business one day. I’ve tried it before, but nothing ever clicked quite like creating Coffee Trunk. That’s the dream, isn’t it? To find something you’re passionate about and let everything else fall into place. Honestly, I’m so glad my ‘thing’ turned out to be coffee—it’s the perfect reason to indulge in plenty of it. Oh, and when I’m not immersed in all things coffee, you’ll probably find me doing yoga or playing the piano.
